Functionality

DialogManager is a web based software developed for internal as well as external follow up, surveys and evaluations via; surveys, research, polls, inventory and interactive dialoges. Below is some of the most common functions.

Creating surveys
In DialogManager you can create, manage and delete questions, answer alternatives as well as surveys. The layout features allow adaptation of the surveys according to the customer’s graphical profile. All finished surveys are saved and can be used as templates. DialogManager can register the opinions of respondents and ask follow-up questions. The structure is shaped according to the need in order to generate an exhaustive amount of information and foundation for result analysis, specific information needs and an action program.

Managing groups/selection
When designing a survey/dialog it is determined which target audience/respondents to aim for. E-mail addresses and other background information, such as revenue, customer group etc, can be imported.

Distributing the survey
The survey/dialog can be sent via e-mail or via web site. The distribution and data collection are completely automated. Respondents can be reached via; e-mail, a link, a pop-up or a layer on a web page, a tactile screen or a palmtop computer. The data collection process is directly monitored using DialogManager.

Read and analyse result instantly
The result may be read and analyzed in real-time over the Internet as well as distributed to several administrators directly. Several different result modules exist in order to get a good and easy overview using diagrams and tables. Furthermore results can be segmented into different levels and groups, cross referenced and aggregated. DialogManager is a multi-user system with the possibility to give individual log-ins to users/groups in order for them to access those specific results they are entitled to. For instance an area manager may get a view where he or she can see the results from that specific area. Collected data can easily be exported to external statistical tools, as well as PowerPoint and Word.
