History

 

In 1997, the survey market was a traditional industry. The industry was governed by a professional pride in which development came in second place. Instead of questioning old ways of working, and trying new ways, many chose to assert tradition. As quality consultants, QuickSearch’s founders Jonas Malmberg and Ulf Larsson encountered this in a different context, and saw great potential for development. Three areas were identified:

  1. Simplification of the implementation. The survey cycles were lengthy, included paper surveys and high costs. To obtain current results and manage to produce continuous surveys, the implementation needed to be simplified.
  2. Develop understanding about the customer. Without understanding and commitment for the customer’s business, the surveys will not provide critical business ratios.
  3. Improve the conditions for the customer’s improvements after the survey. When the customer is left without support, coaching and tools for improvements, the result is often left in the bookshelf.

Based on an industry in need of developed surveys, a desire to develop ways of working with surveys was born. QuickSearch started with that ambition!

Today the survey industry is different. At QuickSearch we are proud to have contributed to simplifying the implementations, and reducing the costs related to surveys.

In the future, we recognize areas in need of continued improvement. We are determined that a better understanding and a higher commitment to the customer’s activities lead to better surveys for our customers. We see revolutionary surveys before us!

 

97 QuickSearch is founded and start as a quality assurance system with surveys via touch-sensitive screens.
98 QuickSearch is first in Sweden with web-based surveys.
99 DialogManager is launched.
01 More and more customers discover the opportunity to work on their own in DialogManager. QuickSearch is getting more and more assignments as project manager (support with creating the questions, analyzes).
03 More focus on consultant services, to support the customers in implementation of the result.
05/06 Strong growth for QuickSearch. QuickSearch increases in value with development of methods and services. QuickSearch helps organizations to develop through surveys with customers and employees. With the organization in focus, QuickSearch creates, adapts and project manages surveys and processes, which strengthen its customer and employee relations.
07 QuickSearch celebrates 10 years, and celebrates the anniversary.
08 QuickSearch start the foundation of next year’s development in Enterprise Feedback Management
